To ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for all clients, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following policies.
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. As sessions are scheduled consecutively, we may not be able to extend your session if you arrive late.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened accordingly while the full session fee will still apply.
Health Information
Please inform us of any relevant health conditions during your initial consultation. For your safety and well-being, we kindly ask that you keep us updated on any changes to your condition.
Scope of Practice
Our sessions are intended to support relaxation and overall well-being. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare.
Respectful Environment
We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful space for all. Any inappropriate behavior, including sexual misconduct, will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of each session. At this time, we accept cash payments.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to the full session fee.
General
Prices, services, and hours are subject to change without notice.

ご予約時間ちょうどのご来店をお願いいたします。次のお客様のご予約状況により、延長が難しい場合がございます。

健康状態について
初回カウンセリング時に現在のご体調や既往歴についてお知らせください。安全にセッションを受けていただくため、その後の変化についても随時ご共有をお願いいたします。
セッションに関するご案内
当サロンのセッションはリラクゼーションおよびウェルビーイングを目的としたものであり、医療行為・診断・治療を行うものではありません。
安心してご利用いただくために
当サロンでは、すべてのお客様とプラクティショナーが安心して過ごせる空間を大切にしております。不適切な言動や行為があった場合、セッションを中止し、今後のご利用をお断りさせていただくことがございます。
お支払いについて
セッション終了後にお支払いをお願いしております。
キャンセルポリシー
キャンセルまたはご変更は、24時間前までにご連絡をお願いいたします。
それ以降のキャンセルにつきましては、セッション料金の全額を申し受けます。
